Our Equipment
We run a high-specification CNC router – the LD5000s. The 2m × 3m bed handles full sheets without repositioning, which means cleaner results and faster turnaround on large panel work.
The 9.5kW Hiteco spindle runs at up to 24,000 RPM, driven by Yaskawa servo motors for smooth, accurate movement on every pass. An automatic tool changer means complex jobs with multiple cutter profiles run without stopping, keeping your costs down and your lead time short.
Vacuum hold-down keeps material flat and secure throughout the cut — no movement, no drift, no wasted sheets.

Our Simple 5 Step Process
- Get Your Estimate — Send us your files (DXF/DWG preferred) along with order details, including intended material and timeline. We’ll review and send you a quote within 1-2 business days.
- Approve Order & Review — We check your design, suggest any necessary tweaks for optimal results, and once we receive your approval and material confirmation, we move to programming.
- Machine It — Using our precision CNC router, we cut your parts accurately with automatic tool changes and <1mm accuracy for clean, high-quality edges.
- Finish & Check — We deburr, clean, and thoroughly inspect every part to ensure it meets your specifications.
- Ready for Collection —Your order will be ready for collection from our Plymouth workshop. Pick-up is standard but let us know if you need support with shipping.

FAQs
What file formats do you accept?
DXF and DWG are preferred as they give us the most accurate cut data. We can also work with AI, SVG, and PDF in some cases — just get in touch and we’ll let you know if your file is suitable.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Send us your files and material details and we’ll come back to you within 1–2 working days.
Do you supply materials or do I need to bring my own?
You’re welcome to supply your own material — just bring it along or arrange delivery to our workshop before your job is scheduled. If you’d prefer us to source it, we can supply most common materials including MDF, plywood, acrylics, PVC, and Marinedeck 2000. Just let us know when you enquire and we’ll include it in your quote.
What tolerances can you hold?
Our CNC router delivers a standard cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm. This level of precision exceeds the requirements of most joinery, signage, and panel work with ease.
Have an exceptionally exacting project? Tell us at the quoting stage. We love a challenge.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — we’re happy to cut a single piece or a full production batch. Pricing is naturally more efficient on larger runs but we don’t turn away small jobs.
Do you offer delivery or is it collection only?
Collection from our Plymouth workshop is standard. If you need shipping, let us know at the time of ordering and we can discuss options.
Can you check my CAD file before cutting?
Yes — we review every file before it goes on the machine. If we spot anything that could cause a problem with the cut, we’ll flag it with you before proceeding. See our Terms for further information.
